NOTE: File is mislabeled; this is in FLAC 24! 10-22-2013 I downloaded this as a torrent that was put up by Cort in 2008, a member of the old Dust Forum. Here are his notes from his post- 2000-Oct-13, Chicago - Live Show - Sound Board Chris Whitley - 2000-Oct-13, The Metro Chicago SBD with Yuval Gabay & S. Steinberg of Soul Coughing Here is a show I uploaded at dimeadozen.org - great sound and very nice show. Note - The only changes that I have made are adding track names, splitting original track 7 (into 7 and 8, there was no split between songs) and splitting original track 8 (into 9 [there was no split between 9-10] and 10, 11, and 12 [played back to back with almost no pause]) and renumbering the final track to keep it in order (originally 9, now 13). For those purists that like the original listing, I've included the original tracks as extras (don't DL 7-12 just renumber 14 and 15). For those who like the splits Ð no need to DL the extra (last) 2 tracks. Last edited by Cort on 07-11-2008 at 05:27 P After downloading I converted from flac to aiff highest quality and unfortunately discarded the original torrent folder. SInce I now have to reconvert back to flac, I decided to edit the audio just a touch. I'm a musician and have edited audio, but I'm no expert, it sounds better to me now. Unfortunately, even though there is a great deal of low end information, the bass is nearly impossible to discern clearly, I could not help that at all. ALl I did was very slight EQ and very slight multiband compression. It's rounder, more homogenous, and less harsh. Tyler Boley
