Fix of shnid 13060

I made the transition between CDs 2 and 3 seamless and fixed the resulting SBEs using shntool.  The nonseekable shns were converted to FLAC.

Mike wore the mics hrtf, and Brian ran the decks. This was Brian's first live recording effort. 
We had some brickwalling from the loudness of the music, and it wasn't recognized until after the concert
