View NotesThanks a ton to John’s FOH engineer for allowing me to set up/keep my gear in the soundboard area.  The FOH area at Lakewood is in a crappy pit surrounded by people on 3 sides, and a busy aisle on the other. I chose a spot I thought would be good, but it turned out to be next to chatty people.  This results in some talking in quieter parts of the set.  Also, bad weather rolled in toward the end of the show, and created some noticeable wind noise starting at WOTWTC. I tried to post-process it out, but had to punt.  That said, this is a very listenable recording. Not as perfect as I’d like for sure, but still worth the download I think.  Also, John was under the weather, though that didn’t seem to impact the performance.

Thanks to Justin and Chris for all the advice; and most importantly to Debbie who got me hooked on taping shows to begin with!
