Coming out of Fayetteville Arkansas Joseph Israel and His Debut Recording "Gone are the days" are bringing songs of Truth to all who have an ear. In the summer of 2005 Joseph Israel toured the U.S. w/ Reggae great Luciano. It is on this tour that he meets MatisYahu and in March 2006 - Matisyahu invites Joseph to join him on stage to sing co-writen song "Away with this" at the return to Stubbs show in Austin, TX. Joseph performed 4 shows with the group on Matisyahu's "Spring Youth" Tour.
On 7/21/2006, Joseph signed a record deal with Universal Music/ New Door. The Label is already home to Bob Marley, Burning Spear, and The Temptations to name a few. Joseph joins the Label at a time when they are looking to once again take Original Roots Reggae to the world.

Joseph's debut recording "Gone are the days" now available on iTunes and other online outlets. In stores Mar. 2007
