- The second set was a 'John Fogerty Incident' with SCI backing John Fogerty and his son Shane Fogerty.
- Numerous mentions of the nearby Taylor Swift concert at Mile High Stadium.
- Kyle Hollingsworth "missed" the first set because he supposedly took his daughters to the Taylor Swift concert. Instead, a bewigged, mutton-chopped "Carl Washington" sat in on keys. Hollingsworth shed the costume for the second set.
