Note: At the beginning of the set, the sbd feed was inactive. I sound checked all 4 channels while the 

band and the FOH got their stuff right, but the sbd was turned off during the opening set owing to that 

band having a no recording policy. FOH forgot to restore my feed and I only caught it after the set 

began. So, the vocals and Trevor's computer keyboard are missing during the first minute or so. BC
