Notes: Similar to the GJ recording from the same night I'm pretty happy with at least how the show was captured. I like the new rig and it's working well for me. I was quite upset with the house engineer durring this show as there was a bad low mid feedback that was present durring soundcheck all the way through their show and you'll hear it pipe up pretty bad numerous times throughout the show. Andy Miller said it best after the first pair of songs "That's the sound of rust falling off!" It's an interesting show by the Wu to say the least. Definitely some fine moments and some fun energy and tunes mixed with a band that hasn't played in a few months and tends to avoid practice. That being said this is a fine show and a great addition to the collection. A bit of craziness after Texas Fireball you can hear the distinctive sound of a spring reverb hitting the floor.. That would be Chris's amp that fell off the chair it was sitting on (and he kicked it a couple times after this ;) Enjoy!
