Original seed discs via Ruth and Dylan. This represents a repair of a prior seeded SHN file set for this show. The original seed had 4 minor problems: 1. Sector boundary errors on the last track of each disc. 2. Dropout during the d1t01 @ 1:39 - which has been removed. 3. Approximately 4dB level difference between sets 1 and 2 (quieter). I applied a 3.5 dB gain to the entire second set after repairing as described below. 4. The original seed had 15/1000 of a second drop-outs within 1-2 seconds of each track marker. These were on the master discs. In some instances this was audible as a "tape flaking" type of sound. The drop out represented addition of silence sectors, not loss of music data. The dropouts were seamlessly removed using sound forge 5 and the resulting files were combined and retracked using cdwav. These files were then recompressed to seekable shn, SBE-free, and distributed via tol. The only reason I went to this length on this seed is that it represents the only source so far for this date and it sounds better than the average fall 2002 TOO audience recording... Chris L.L.
